FIT or Fitness Introduction Training is a comprehensive physical readiness program designed for beginner and intermediate-level individuals who aren't strong enough to perform pull-ups, chin-ups, and bar dips without assistance.


The program is separated into two programs, LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2. Each is eight weeks in length.


LEVEL 1 is for the beginner-level individual who lacks the relative strength needed to perform basic bodyweight exercises/movements.


LEVEL 2 is for those who are intermediate-level athletes who need to build up their relative strength in the Pull-up, Chin-up, and Bar Dip.


This training plan is an outstanding eight or 16-week program consisting of progressive strength workouts designed to dramatically increase both your relative and functional strength with minimal equipment.


Length - 8 Weeks

Intensity Level - LEVEL 1 - Novice / LEVEL 2 - Athlete
