Foundation 2.0 is a 3-phase bodyweight-focused General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training program designed to improve athleticism, functional strength endurance, and work capacity for advanced-level athletes.


This training plan was created for fitness enthusiasts who want to challenge themselves to develop their muscular endurance, and work capacity, and achieve the highest level of physical readiness possible using bodyweight movements.

Length - 13 Weeks (12 Weeks Training + 1 Week Assessment)

Intensity Level - Champion, Warrior, Top Tier

Prerequisites - Baseline Physical Readiness (BPR) Evaluation Score 21 Points
