METAC Warrior is a muscular endurance and strength endurance block.


METAC or Minimal Equipment TActical Conditioning is a series of structured 4-week training blocks designed to enhance tactical performance efficiently.


These training blocks are specifically geared towards military, special operations, law enforcement personnel, first responders, and advanced-level athletes who value performance and longevity.


These sessions are 30-40 minutes each (not including warm-up) and can be performed outside a fully equipped gym space.


Use this program with the "Aerobic Capacity" Program for best results!


Length - 4 Weeks (3-week build / 4th week taper)

Intensity Level - Warrior, Top Tier

Prerequisites - Baseline Physical Readiness (BPR) Evaluation Score 21 Points
