Welcome to Swim & Water Confidence Training!

This training program was originally designed to prepare individuals for a career in special operations or other specialized water-based selection programs in the military that require high proficiency in the water.
However, this program is for anyone wanting to level up their comfort and efficiency in the water.
Whether or not you are looking to prepare for your first open-water ironman competition, or are interested in scuba diving, a variety of water sports, big wave surfing, white water rafting, etc. This program will greatly benefit you!
The program is 26 progressive sessions consisting of swim workouts and water confidence drills including, treading water, brick swims, underwater, and hypoxic swimming to increase your comfort and resilience.
Prerequisite: Swim 1,000 yards continuously without rest using any stroke
