About
Warrior Challenge Level 1 - GREEN is a comprehensive physical readiness program designed to help beginner-level individuals increase their Physical Screen Test (PST) scores to a competitive level for their desired special program.
This training plan is an outstanding 4-week starter program with progressive resistance training workouts designed to dramatically increase relative and functional strength with minimal equipment. Repeat the 4 weeks as necessary.
Length - 4 Weeks
Intensity Level - Beginner
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Swim - 500 Meters under 12:30
Run - 1.5 Miles in 11:30 and accumulate 10 Miles per week
Pull-ups - 6
Push-ups - 42 reps in 2 minutes
Sit-ups - 42 reps in 2 minutes
